Animated Gifs

I’m no artist and I’m easily impressed by those who can create beautiful things. I needed to create an animated gif last night and downloaded a trial copy of Gamani GIF Movie Gear and very cool it is too. I’ve tried other programs over the years but this one made it idiot proof. I was able to set up the images using my ancient copy of Adobe Photoshop, import it, give each frame a time and I had my image.
Curiously the animated gif is 5.55KB where the same image exported as gif by Photoshop is 6.36KB.
And ofcourse I had to rely on Dan from Pinkeye to create the image in the first place
