I’ve just launched a new initiative: a full blown Real Estate Directory.
It differs from my Property Investment Directory in that it will have a broader appeal - however recipricol links aren’t required here either!
I’m planning to add some cool features so keep an eye on it as it grows up!
PropertyTalk.com is the new site for property investors and the big brother of PropertyTalk.co.nz.
The site is driven by Mambo with an vBulletin forum and phpAdsNew ad server.
The design was done by Dave Relly from Energise.
There were a number of technical issues but as usual, Mambo managed the bulk of the tasks with ease.

I’ve just set up a new forum at ShareChat and set up Andrew as a user. It’ll be interesting to see how it takes off in it’s new format.
It’s using vBulletin which has been as easy as the Invision forum I put up for the APIA - there’s alot of features in both.
PC Property Manager :: When your properties are managed.
This is a new page I’ve just added to the PC Property Manager website in response to some support queries. It had already been added to the help files but it’s useful to be able to give a link in emails so have added it to the site itself.
