I'm sure once they've trawled through a dozen or so spammy, unreadable descriptions, submitted to completely the wrong category - and then when you visit a site that's borderline get flooded with adwords.... it makes you very cynical about promoting websites, and I'm sure it would improve their directory submissions enormously...
