I started a thread at Vorb when I had a problem with Slicing The Valves Off My Tubes on my mountain bike and little did I think it would turn into a 3 page discussion on tyres!

Even cuter, I then went to copy the url from IE to Firefox to make writing this post easier and found that instead I pasted “Slicing The Valves Of My Tubes” and got taken straight to Vorb. No wonder I couldn’t find anything else when I was searching for an answer – either the problem is unique in the online world or the “words” I use are plain daft.

Ofcourse, this post will now throw that effect but I thought it was funny. So, if you use Presta tubes and find the valves get cut by your rims an answer might just be at hand.
