Watching my directory?
If you’re not, then maybe you should be… but only if you’re harvesting real estate or property investment related links 
I’ve made an rss feed available of my approved property investment links so that anyone can follow who I’m approving. The good thing here is that I may discover someone you haven’t, and you can then go and ask them for a link - and even follow the chain of the sites they link to.
Let me know if you use it, or if you also publish a feed like this. Hopefully we’ll all benefit from our combined efforts!
