Skaffe.com melts down?
November 15th, 2005 by Sarah KingSkaffe.com is a big directory with paid and free submissions that has ambitions to topple DMOZ.
They have a way to go to but the directory has lasted a few years and continues to grow.
I just wanted to check something out tonight and found I could get the index page but none of the categories – and the index looked pretty broken too.
Skaffe have an important role to play, lets hope they don’t stay broken for long!
Thanks for the post Sarah. I ave never head of them, and am olways on the lookout for a good directory.
After reading your post, I tried to access skaffe.com and couldn’t even get close to it. It couldn’t be found.
Hopefully they work their issues out and I can get listed with them.
Sorry for the hassle. We were working on our servers last night. Everything is in good order now.
